This is by far the BEST towing service that I have experienced! I am very big on customer service and Mr. Smokey exceeded my expectations.<br><br>He has a very sweet and humble spirit. His company is not only a business but a ministry. He didn’t just do the bare minimum. He made sure that I knew exactly what was going on and told me what I needed to do going forward. He didn’t just tow my vehicle, take the payment and leave me to figure things out on my own. (As a woman)<br><br>VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!<br><br>He connected me with other sources to ensure that I would be back up and running in less than 24 hours.<br><br>I’m forever grateful for this connection as I was having a challenging day. I purchased an old 1940's farm tractor 60 miles away in South Carolina and needed to transport it back to Gastonia. Smokey's Towing had good reviews and I called. Got a good price on getting the tractor and delivering it to my house. Made arrangements to meet me at the seller's house and Smokey's was prompt and right on time. Fast professional loading and then delivered right to my house. The job was done professionally and without issue. Would use them again to haul a car or other "toys" I need transported.

Great service and great effort on coming out to pick my fiancé’s car up on the side of the highway. Call this company and they will help you out! I called numerous of other towing companies getting no answer, or ignoring my calls. I even had one towing company telling me they would call back which they never did. Best towing in Gastonia!
