Almost all the staff is great faster and efficient but the cashiers omg they act like they better than any body I hope they change their attitude or replace them

Dropped of scrap steel maybe 50lbs and I weighed more coming out than dropping off my steel so the vehicle scales here are not very accurate. Also Web should say they close at 11am on Saturday not 12 as made the drive just to be turned away when doing bottles and cans.

Guys that weigh you in are helpful and nice. Price for number 1 copper is way below average. The lady in the scale house which handles the transactions very rude bad attitude and ruined the experience for me.! I would recommend she learned how to use the speaker so you can actually hear what she is saying before she accuses the customer of getting aggressive when trying to figure out what she is telling you.! Horrible attitude Between the low prices for non ferrous metal and the attitude at the scale house I will never do business here again.!! Highly recommend taking your scrap somewhere else. It’s worth an additional drive.
