I got a flat tire on Christmas Eve but Moises at Golden Bear Towing made it painless. First, both he and the dispatch called me to give me an ETA so I was in the loop. Second, he came within the time he gave and it was super fast despite being Christmas Eve and raining. Third, he was very kind and generous professional and worked very efficiently. He replaced my tire with the donut tire which he had to fill with air— all in the rain. Finally, the price was reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

I had a terrible experience with Golden Bear Towing after they were dispatched by AAA to jump-start my RV’s battery. The technician arrived promptly and got my vehicle running, but that’s where the positives end. Shortly after I drove away, I believe this same individual returned, broke into my RV, and stole over $10,000 worth of merchandise and personal items. He even used my storage unit access code to exit the area undetected.<br>I contacted Golden Bear Towing directly to give them a chance to address the issue and make amends before escalating to a police report, but I’ve received no response or follow-up. This company seems unprofessional and unreliable— if you’re looking for a towing service, I strongly recommend avoiding them to protect your property. Choose a more reputable provider instead.
