Extremely disappointed in the part and even more in there customer service... management I should say really... I purchased a complete rear axle assembly for an 08 tahoe and was quoted a price of $780 and it supposedly only had 129k on the axle...<br>I ordered it and paid in full on Monday 4-19-21 first thing in the morning... the lady said that it should be here Thursday 4-22-21 or at the latest Friday 4-23-21...<br>After numerous different stories and multiple calls waiting on hold for ever the part didn't arrive until exactly 1 week later on Thursday 4-29-21... they loaded it up and gave me my invoice and the ae looked way worse than the 1 that was in my tahoe...<br>I looked at the invoice and it stated that the new axle that I waited more than 2 weeks to get had 187k on it and that was definitely not what I picked out and paid a bit more money for...<br>I call the sales rep and she tells me that the 1 I ordered was damaged so they had this 1 laying around and thought it would be fine...<br>Never once did they reach out and tell me that there now giving me 1 with 187k they didn't even refund me any money which I was blown away cuz your talking another 60k Miles which is a ton...<br>So I refused it and they said they had 1 with 141k on it and it would be here within 2 days... I got it fiy 3 days later and it looks just as beat up as the last axle they tried to pawn off on me...<br>I asked to speak to a supervisor or management... Jesus is the used parts big boss and he was a straight up moron... he has 0 customer service abilities... he kept talking over me wouldnt let me say anything and kept asking me what I wanted him to do about the whole situation... I told him what a straight up nightmare and headache this has all Been... he started to get a lil loud and extremely rude and obnoxious and then had the nerve to tell me to basically fu%% off and then hung on me like a child..<br>I called tight back and of.clurse he wouldn't answer...shows how much of a stand up guy he is... I will never get a part from these guys ever again and ill be sure to let everyone I know never to waste there time trying to save a few bucks and order anything from these guys... sales manager Jose at the Lkq on north and 99 is an absolute idiot and a poor excuse for a manager/supervisor...how do u expect him to be a boss when he has a bad attitude and doesn't know a dam thing on how to fix a.y concerns or complaints that a customer may have...<br>Lkq needs to fire that moron before he costs u alot more unsatisfied customers...

I have everything good to say about this place LKQ. I bought a motor for my car. It came from a different state. It only took a week for it to get in. Had my mechanics slap it in my car motor has been running great ever cents everybody that works there was nice on the phone and even when I got there in person also got part that I was told I needed when I got to the transmission place for my transmission. They said I did not need that part. I took part back and they said I can have my money back With no problems no questions asked I highly recommend LKQ

I wish I could give negative stars. I own a business and have purchased multiple engines from LKQ. Their product quality has completely tanked. I'm now on two engines that have had a lifter noise immediately upon install. LKQ insists on unnecessary diag, that they refuse to pay for, and give a ridiculous amount of pushback when asked to replace defective parts. When you finally do get them to agree to allow defective parts to be replaced, they only pay $50/hr labor, which isn't enough to pay a tech to do the job. I will never buy another engine from them since they have no intention of assisting me in providing a quality product for my customers.
