This towing company is a scam! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! We booked a service with them, but they never showed up. They asked for our credit card information which seemed a little bit suspicious but we trusted the good reviews. We waited for over an hour. We tried to call them again to ask about their whereabouts and we realized that every time we clicked on the call button from their Google ad, it generated a new phone number. When they finally picked up the phone, I asked them if they were on their way and they left me on hold for the longest time. I called them again, and they left me on hold again. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Called them for a flatbed toe of my disabled 79 Mercedes two-door vehicle low to the ground. As a lover of classic cars this is not my first tow experience. Even though I've never been the victim of a horror story usually there is a pretty big waiting. For non-emergency tows. Instead Oscar showed up almost 15 minutes after I placed the call was exceptionally friendly careful thoughtful and very pleasant to speak with while being speedy and professional. Unlike every other service I've used they sent a photo of the vehicle deposited at the shop for confirmation and directly communicated with me every step of the way even though it was mere miles from the distance!

Had a double blow out on passenger side. Called 10-4. Answered phone immediately. Driver called within 5 mins. He was at my location in under 10 mins. Gave me a ride to my house. Load and unload was fast, safe, and efficient. Will use again!
