Horrible service, this company does not take situations professionally especially there employer Bill. My bf had his car towed by the company and before hand his car was turning on perfectly with a new battery placed in. The next day he tried working on his car to fix the problem it was having and it did not turn on. He checked to see if the Tow company had left anything on to come to find out that they left his emergency lights and radio on overnight, witch had completely drained the new battery he had just gotten. We have witnesses to prove this situation, the employer is saying this is my boyfriends fault when my boyfriend had nothing to do with this when the Tow company was the one in charge of his vehicle .

Had to get our vehicle towed and the quality of service was horrendous. I understand it was wrecked but the tow truck drivers hooked it up and didn’t even consider putting it in neutral. As the car was dragging (which caught our attention) the driver of the tow truck looked at us and said “hahaha front wheel drive?” And the owner of the vehicle said nope it’s “all wheel drive”. Little do they know the owner of the vehicle is a master technician and knows (it’s also pretty common sense) that you cannot drag an AWD car because it will ruin the driveshaft. I’ve also tried informing multiple people and getting in contact with someone in charge to speak with them and haven’t heard back thus far. OH and they had to tow the car to their impound (not secure) instead of where we want it unless we paid upfront in cash (give us a break we just got in a wreck because of some idiot now this?!) we were then told by ISP afterwards that that was unlawful on the companies behalf. I was willing to talk it out with someone in charge about how they’re training their drivers but I’ve been left with no choice but to leave this review.

We had the honor of meeting Ty this evening while towing my husband and sons "project vehicle" to our home to add the finishing touches and get it back on the road. Ty was promt on pick-up and greeted us with wonderful customer service. Thank you for being a part of their story and their build!
