I was on my way home from work and I came across a horrible accident on 138th and 18th this morning and I watched the fella driving the Langley's tow truck load his car up and just leave a huge mess for the other tow truck there. I watched this poor guy picking up pieces of the car that Langley's just put on their truck. Very easy to tell the difference as one was silver and the other red. Seems very unprofessional to me and just lazy. If Langley's can't be bothered to do a good job in a situation like this I can't imagine the level of service they provide to people. I see over all they seem to have good reviews so maybe it was just this driver, I understand a bad apple can ruin the bunch and I hope that they have a talk with this employee and encourage him to do better in the future

Patrick saved the day! My 1 year old locked herself in the car and Patrick showed up and was able to get her out safely and without damaging the window or door of our car to get it unlocked. We're so thankful for his service and will reccomend Langley's to everyone we know!

Mike went above and beyond for me! He went out and pulled 2 bolts off of an LS engine that were very difficult to find. They were M6 5 3/8" oil pan bolts. Thanks Mike, you are an amazing employee at Langley's. They are lucky to have you!! Thanks again!!
