I bought a car through copart that was listed as having rear end and front end damage. The pictures showed the front bumper hanging off and a dent in the rear quarter panel. I figured that was minor enough for my skill set so I bought it. When it arrived, I saw the exhaust was dangling, the oil pan was completely destroyed with the timing chain hanging on the ground. The motor mount was completely busted and sitting in the front seat so by with pieces of the oil pan and transmission. I reached out to copart in Ogden, where I bought the car, and they claimed they listed the car correctly and offered no sort of resolution to their mistake.<br><br>Be careful bidding on cars from Ogden because they lie on the listings.

They worked with us so well to get our personal items out of our truck after it had been totaled. They had excellent communication, safety, and customer service.

Wouldn’t give 1 star to if I could horrible customer service. This Appointment situation needs to be lifted. Cause they holding Customers vehicles to get storage fee from them, plus Drivers cannot get appointments anymore to pick up cars on time. Just literally now Manager said hers self that they book the spots so they’re Forklift guys able to do their jobs, when they can hire another one to do it. This need to stop with appointment thing. It’s not anymore COVid. As you can see it’s empty.
