These guys are extremely rude, They are not well educated, not even well developed. They write a small sign under the tree and wait for you to park. They claim it is private parking and need a permit. But why don’t you make the sign more obvious and put it at a place everyone can see it? Not sure if the sign is legal or not but it is more like predatory parking enforcement. Their targets are mostly Purdue students. It is a shame to have these people in West Lafayette area.

Extremely rude and intimidating men work here. As a young lady I felt very uncomfortable coming to this place alone and being forced to pay 200 dollars. The men were aggressive and creepy. I genuinely thought I was going to be injured in some way in their busted back alley decrepit business. They hide behind a little window and offer you NO proof towing authorization.
