Would give zero stars if I could still post a review. Absolute thieves! Vehicle was stolen and recovered by PBSO then towed by sisters without owners consent. From the moment we spoke to sisters towing on the phone, we were immediately met with a very unprofessional tone and nasty attitude. Upon arrival we were slapped with insane towing fees when we have both insurance and platinum AAA that covers towing. The icing on the garbage cake was Sisters towing then states that we must pay cash only, their card machines do not work. After being verbally assaulted by the man behind the counter who refused to give his name, he then had the audacity to comment on my children. At that point PBSO arrived. Do not support this disgusting establishment, running an absolute scam of a business. Victimizing an elderly lady.
