it doesn’t have good representative at the front desk for helping customer. I came here two times. I saw she talks to all customers in a bad way. if you come here to pick up any vehicle make sure to bring a chair with you and wear a warm jacket because they don’t want you to wait inside! you have to wait at least one hour or more to pick up your car outside. No matter it's cold, rainy or got! The representatives don't let you stay inside and sit on a chair and wait for your turn. immediately after you go inside she pointed you go outside and wait outside with a serious face. That's not the way the business takes care of customers. Today that I'm waiting for this review the weather is rainy and windy. There is no place outside to stay dry or seat. I have to stand up for one hour or more.

They badly damaged my car, they are tossing them around with forklifts. Make sure your insurance company doesn't store your car there.<br>The ladies in the office are very nice and picking up my car was fast and easy.
