Went into the Akron branch yesterday and let me tell you, I believe her name is Teresa or something but her last name is Prince. This chick was a real B$#&H. Acted like I was inconveniencing her by coming into their place of business. Thank God Amis was there, the super cool dude that used to run Triplett Tire Depot. He was the only reason I didn't flip out on that C-U-Next-Tuesday. Y'all should really consider finding someone nicer to run your service desk. Just sayin. Amis is the man, if you go in there, deal with him. Even if he's busy and she's not, wait for him, you won't be disappointed.

For an establishment such as this better customer service than standing by the loading dock to pick items up or return cores would really be nice. Docks outside so so is the customer.

I went to LKQ Keystone and got an engine they were very nice and they were very helpful and I was loaded and out of there within 30 minutes.
