I got flat tired this morning on 101N near San Carlos. My insurance company dispatched 2 other companies before contacting Elite Tow, and neither of them came to take my car. My insurance company contacted Elite Tow, and I immediately got a call from David, and he assured me that he's on his way. He gave me another call when he was near where I was. When he came, he let me stay in the towing car, loaded the car very fast, and drove me to the shop. David was very professional and kind!! He gave me some tips on what to do in the future if this happens again (hope not!). I was so stressed from all the calls and waits I had to deal with before I was assigned to Elite Tow, but I felt so much better once I talked to David. If you ever need to get your car towed in the future, call Elite Tow!! They're efficient, kind, and careful!! Highly recommended.
