My car was picked up last Wednesday. The tow was fine. Ryan was great. However, when it was dropped for a diagnostic check and repair, the problems started. My car had very MINOR Damage to the passenger side front bumper side panel. Somewhere between dropping my car at Comnunity Auto Repair and bringing it back to me, that very minor damage turned into my bumper being held on to the car with zip ties.<br>I have spoken With Comnunity Auto Repair at great length and with this towing company who I was told by ALFA insurance I had to use. Basically, they're all blaming each other for my car leaving me in one piece and coming back to me in multiple pieces. All of this back and forth resulted in, ALL OF THEM taking the attitude with me, "Well the motor is shot So why do you care if the bumper is off now?" I care because that's NOT the way it left me and the body of the car could have been sold. So of course, once again, the consumer gets screwed while companies sit back, point fingers and still expect to be paid. Welcome to America! Our National symbol was the Bald Eagle, now its the corporate VULTURE.<br>In regards to your response, as stated my car had MINOR DAMAGE not a bumper held on by zip ties if you picked the car up FROM THE PARKING LOT on the initial tow and have time stamped photographs, I would very much like to see them and so would the witness who picked me up and followed me to Community Auto to set up the diagnostic read. As also previously stated, we DID NOT stay to see the car physically removed from the tow truck at the body shop because frankly, it should be embarrassing to your company that anyone should have to. Additionally, there was no lie or misrepresentation from me. My account has stayed the same throughout, so you are the ones in danger of slander and liability not me. Lastly, the car should have been fixed because the body was in GREAT CONDITION & I could have potentially sold the body to recoup some of the money on it or trade it at a higher value that isn't your decision to make. It was your or Comnunity's RESPONSIBILITY to fix a problem that you KNEW wasn't there before as opposed to pointing fingers at each other and trying to defer blame.

I was stranded in Moulton, AL. Never been there b4. I had to leave my car 1/2 way up the drive of the Cowboys there. Someone came and got my Grandson and myself. The next morning I was contacted by the tow truck driver. He was sweet, kind but very professional! An awesome young man. Did everything he said he'd do and dropped my car right in my driveway. The same night my car broke down, my husband was coming to get me and my truck blew the radiator. This nice GENTLEMAN that brought my car home, also went and brought my truck home as well!!! I would recommend them to everyone! Hopefully, I won't need their service again...lol...but if I do, I won't hesitate to call. Thank U ever so much for your help.<br>Vickie & Barry Buckelew
