He suggested I buy the parts from their official website and have them delivered to the store, as they would only charge for labor. I was very satisfied with the price and extremely satisfied with Eric Yang's service. He was professional and considerate of his customers, and I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

It’s a decent servicing experience at Lexus Stevens Creek. Customer service by Alfonso is outstanding. But they can definitely improve in small gestures like<br>1. Just charging the electric car, if they gonna keep it the whole day or in my case 3 days.<br>2. If they claim that they are cleaning inside out then they could also clean cup holders or dashboard…<br>Just something to make customer feel satisfied

I have been going to Lexus for service for over 16 years. I have always had good experiences with the representatives. However, recently, I had an exceptional experience with Gerardo. I purchased the tire and wheel insurance. I had severe damage to one of my wheels. Gerardo was instrumental in navigating the process, forgetting three wheels repaired that required the use of separate vendors. He acted with a sense of urgency, followed up with the appropriate people, and pushed to get excellent outcomes. He went above and beyond and for that reason, I feel compelled to write this.
