Have called Recology 5+ times about missed pickups and keep getting the run around about the “supervisor” or “district manager” calling me back to remedy the situation and a couple of months later I am still waiting…the trash is piling up so much that the homeless are now contributing to the pile making a huge health hazard in the back of my building. Of course they have not missed a beat of continuing to charge me a service I am not receiving, anybody know what can be done at this point?? Beyond frustrating!!

They refused to provide me compost due to a lack of ID.<br><br>If that’s your policy, my policy is that you guys deserve a one star review. What’s fair is fair.<br><br>I understand, wanting to ensure that the residents are the ones receiving the compost. All of that said, I think that it shows a genuine ineptitude and lack of real customer service skills and awareness when you refuse somebody in a minivan with a kid in the back, trying to get a couple of small bags of compost. This is not a person in a commercial truck trying to fill it up or anything of that nature. I think it was a stupid decision that warrant at one star review to say that your employees needs slightly better discernment of when or when not to enforce a rule and or if your corporate policies to always enforce that rule, mine will be to give you a one star review for lack of real awareness of what your customers and who your customers are. And what the compact and commitment to the community to provide certain things actually is.<br><br>Perhaps you guys need to learn better, customer service skills, or be investigated for some corruption again I don’t know.
