Unexpectedly, as is always the case, I needed to call for a tow. I was in the middle of holiday last minute rush traffic at the mall and my Super Duty had a major issue. I called one place before this, they were rude and demanding at jump then hung up on me. Twice. I called Precision and while waiting for an answer, I had to take another call. They immediately tried to return my call and followed up with a text asking if i needed help. I texted them my approximate location and they immediately told me they would have someone to me immediately. They continued to text me until their driver arrived. He was so polite and professional. I also do not live close, so we spent 45 minutes together in the truck getting my vehicle to my home. He was a great conversationalist, well spoken, very respectful. Price was less than I anticipated, especially given the distance and having to load and haul an oversized truck. Thank you!! I hope to never need you again, but you are who I will call if I do!!

The driver (Sean) was extremely friendly in helping jump start my daughter's care. She got home and had nothing but nice things to say about how friendly and helpful he was. This was her first experience with a tow/jump start so I was super appreciative of Sean making it a positive one!!
