I hired Campbell Towing to tow my vehicle to Walmart for a battery replacement. However, the tow driver made untrue statements to Walmart about my vehicle’s condition, leading to Walmart refusing service. When I confronted the driver, he was rude and dismissive, refusing to take responsibility or clarify the situation. He also denied my request to tow my vehicle to a different location and responded with insensitive comments when I expressed frustration. I believe I was racially profiled and treated unfairly throughout this process. Additionally, my vehicle was vandalized while in their care. I do not recommend Campbell Towing due to their unprofessionalism, poor communication, and disrespectful behavior. He made me apologize to him because of how my frustrated I was with the fact he made them refuse me service. He was very ignorant and refused any apology back as to how rude and unprofessional he treated me. He kept trying to make apologize more as if he was making pay for how upset I was with his lack of service. Clearly RACIAL Discrimination and PREJUDICE!

cant thank these guys enough! truck broke down at my husbands work we had to wait to have it towed till sunday due to a cramped parking lot. They gave us a great rate and even a Veterans discount! When i say a great rate it was $20- $50 dollars below what the other area companies were trying to charge us! ( weekend rates) dont let "closer to the tow area" fool you as far as price the one "closest to the tow area" was the most expensive quote for an easy no obstuction, hook and go tow. We honestly can not thank you enough for being an outstanding caring company! Most of all this goes out to Austin totally respect you and what you do... stay safe out there
