I must share the wonderful experience I had today with your operator Adam. As you know if your car is being towed it is not a good day. However, Adam showed up and I knew I was dealing with a pro. Adam had a very challenging situation. The starter was broken, the car was parked in a tight space in a parking garage surrounded by concrete pillars. His pleasant personality and incredible skills enabled my car to safely make it to my repair shop. He rolled my car out of this tight space, Secured it on the tow. trailer and navigated the truck and car through a narrow exit , again surrounded by concrete pillars. Thank you for such amazing service and taking great care of my vehicle. Despite the extreme heat, Adam and Kamel were very punctual and communicated with me throughout the entire process. They kept me posted on the ETA of pickup and delivered my vehicle to the dealer with extreme care. They were even able to jumpstart my vehicle making it easier to get the vehicle on the tow truck. Other tow companies were not complete this challenging job since I had a 4 wheel drive with no power.
