Dynamic, a company I’ve been purchasing truck beds from for over two decades, has been acquired by Commercial Specialty Truck Holdings, a large conglomerate known for manufacturing trash trucks and cement mixers. Unfortunately, the new owners have been selling us trucks with expired warranties and faulty engines due to prolonged sitting. Before purchasing a truck from these unscrupulous individuals, it’s crucial to check the manufacturer’s warranty status. Additionally, they failed to install the correct booms for nine trucks they built for us this year and neglected to test them before delivery, resulting in weeks of downtime while we awaited the correct booms to be sent and installed, we also have several trucks without proper factory warranty’s they refuse to rectify and even one had a bad motor when it arrived with a total 55 miles and Ford refused to cover it under warranty and said the issue was Dynamics fault - Dynamic refused to pay leaving us with a huge bill for a new motor and weeks of downtime on a brand new truck with 55 miles!<br><br>It’s disheartening to see the decline in the quality of products under the new ownership. I strongly advise against purchasing Dynamic truck beds. Instead, opt for Miller products, which are renowned for their reliability and customer support. Dynamic is no longer the trusted brand it once was.

Dynamic wheel lifts are amazing products. The whole team there goes above and beyond for service. I drove my dynamic wheel lift from Michigan to their shop in Virginia. They got my truck in the same day they began working on it right away so I can get back home as soon as possible. The workers fixing my truck were kind, professional and very helpful with any questions I had (Hercules is a GOAT!) . Very honest as well on what needed to be replaced and what was still good to use. Dynamic was so accommodating they gave me a ride to the hotel until the work was complete. Anthony the owner is a great guy and the gold standard for customer service. He walked me through everything they do here and what they gotta do, to get my truck in working order. 5/5 stars I’m happy we bought a dynamic. It’s a solid and well built unit. having an amazing team for parts and service. Makes me want more dynamics in our fleet. Very satisfied with the service quality of work.
