My friends car broke down on the way to the airport on the freeway. Not ideal. Kristine was very understanding that I had to prioritize her safety, followed up with a very compassionate timely text and I was able to take care of the logistics and towing all from<br>San Diego while my friend was able to just concentrate on getting to the airport. Guy, the driver , called within 10-15 minutes to let me know he was at the vehicle. I had to change drop off location and he was super understanding and quick. Sent me a picture of the car dropped off.<br>Really exceptional service. While I hope I do t need their services again, I would absolutely use or highly recommend them to anyone who does.<br>Breakdowns are never fun, but feeling like you’re in good hands is priceless. Saved our vacation for sure.

DO NOT USE. IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.<br>I called in for a rollback quote for equipment removal and was clearly quoted $450. I confirmed this amount multiple times over the phone. When the driver arrived, however, I was told the price had doubled.<br><br>I requested recordings of all phone calls where the $450 price was confirmed. Instead, they only provided the initial call, during which their dispatcher, Natalie, phrased the quote in a deliberately ambiguous way that could later be used to justify a higher charge.<br><br>Their lack of transparency continued when I spoke with management. I remained calm and professional while asking the manager to lower his voice, yet he repeatedly accused me of being a scammer and calling me some "little boy". Only after that did I speak more assertively, which is something I want noted to reflect an honest and accurate account of this interaction & review I'm leaving.<br><br>Despite never performing the service, they attempted to charge my company $225 for a so-called “lost hour” using the card information provided over the phone, which they request prior to departing. These charges will be formally disputed.<br><br>This company relies on misleading language, inconsistent pricing, and intimidation tactics. Unprofessional, dishonest, and absolutely not worth the risk.

My car broke down on the freeway and they had a truck out to me in less than 30 minutes. The driver was polite, professional, and made me feel safe the whole time. Definitely the fastest tow service I’ve ever used.
