I bought an engine from Shed Road Towing and the engine was a lemon. The camshaft timing sprocket broke and the timing belt broke. After I first bought the engine, the traction control and check engine light came on. I took it to the Dodge Dealer and the report was that something was wrong with the camshaft which is part of the timing. I spoke to Clint and he said he figured it was the wiring to the Camshaft. However, lo and behold, I was right because it was a bad camshaft and the engine is now junk. After the 90 day warranty expired Shed Road Towing and Recovery wouldn't replace the engine. However, I had brought this to their attention that something was wrong with the engine from the start. I wouldn't suggest buying an engine from them because apparently their vetting process on engines is not good. I must admit, they were very courteous and professional during the payment process.

This company is absolutely AMAZING!!! My tower Chris came at 1 AM when I had some major emergency, Middle of the road, stranded with my drive shaft on the ground!! Not to mention the major thunder storm rolling in. Was so kind and understanding and came promptly to me even when I didn’t know where I was. Just gave him a description of what I saw and the last road sign I remember, hahahaha. In a very hard and distressing situation was able to get everything done and even was able to park it in my parking space back at my apartment. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone and everyone and will always use them in the future.

My husband was in an accident & they came to tow our Jeep & clean up. The guys on scene were very courteous and efficient, letting us get in the vehicle as needed, and making sure we knew where to go. The towing company is in with the auto parts store, so that was slightly confusing when looking for the building. When we went in, the gal that helped us was also very nice, helpful and efficient. It was nice to have a smooth experience after a rough beginning to the day.
