Had an appointment 11-3, called at 3 and was told the truck broke down and it would be 6-7. Called at 7 and the guy said “I said it’d be later.” Finally got a call after 9 and agreed until I realized the time, so they scheduled 11-3 today. Called at 2:30 and demanded a call by 3 with an update. They called at 3 and guaranteed by 7 that they’d be here so work didn’t have to be missed for a third day. The truck arrived around 5:15 and everything was fine. Once they communicated they were fine to work with. I just wish they would have communicated better to begin with.

Customer communication was great person in the office called me to narrow my appointment driver narrowed it closer this is something important for customer satisfaction. Driver was kind considerate and with a smile tow truck was in great shape and clean something you do not see in a tow service very often. Driver knew what he was doing and was quick and even got my vehicle to move on its own at least for a while. I would now recommend these people and hope that they have a long and good history and would definitely use them if the need arises.

I was stuck in the Ford Field garage on a busy game day with a flat tire. I thought I was missing some parts to put on the spare tire, but Dave from Motor City Towing and Recovery was determined to find them -- and he did! It would have been a stressful towing situation, but he was knowledgeable and patient enough to find what I needed, plus very professional. Super thankful for him!
