I've taken my vehicles to Bud's for a couple of years now and they are now my first call. I was stranded and needed a tow in freezing temperatures and Cameron came to the rescue. Craig has always been a straight shooter with my car issues and communicates in a timely manner. I recommend this business.

My wife had akittle misshapen and we needed a tow out of tge ditch because the truck was not drivable we called Buds and where treated with nothing but respect they where there fast and where very professional the driver even calmed my wife down after this place is top notch and there equipment is very state of the art. Don’t recommend going here even if it’s your last option. I had my car taken here after it broke down on the side of the road. They called me the next day and told me the problem with my car was the fuel pump apparently, so they then proceeded to charge me $1350 to replace it and that included a $100 tow also, I pay it then get my car back and not even two hours later my cars broke down on the side of the road again, I call them and the guy on the other side of the phone works for the tow side of the company and he's very inconsiderate and rude about the situation, no help at all, so I get to pay them another $100 for them to tow my car back to my apartment that they just “fixed” for $1350, then finally the owner gives me a call on Monday and says the fuel pump has a warranty so he wants me to pay another $100 dollars to get the vehicle towed to his shop just do the same job which was to fix my car that he couldn't do right the first time and keep in mind he had already charged me $1350, so he’s trying to add on to my bill, this shop only cares about the money not the customer at all. We are also thinking that this guy replaced the totally wrong item to begin with because looking at the vehicle makes you think it was the timing chain all along so I don’t know how these mechanics are qualified if they cant even replace the right item and then they over charge you for not even doing the job right. And on top of everything when I gave these fools my car I had a full tank, so they emptied my tank, then charged me $30 to put the gas that I already had back into my car. Re applying my bad review because Buds agreed to give me my $100 back for the 2nd tow since it was them at fault for my car breaking down right after getting it fixed and I was told if my bad review was taken down I would get refunded for that $100 2nd tow and I never did.
