Brian is the absolute best! We had another company initially come out, but their truck broke down before they could get the vehicle on the truck. We were getting a bit frustrated after a long day. Then Brian showed up. He had a great attitude and got right to it. Had the vehicle on the truck in no time, and even showed my son how to use the controls. He was so good with the kids and really let them get involved with the process. My son can't wait to tell all his friends he knows how to work a tow truck now Next time I need a tow, Brian is the first person I'm calling!
