My car was towed despite having a valid tag. To get it back, I had to pay $430. This felt nothing short of predatory — they towed me without justification, charged an outrageous fee, and showed absolutely no remorse when I questioned it.<br><br>As expected, their “response” to my review was the usual copy-paste:<br><br>“We’re very sorry to see your 1-star review. Please visit our website to file a claim so we can discuss your experience. Thank you for your feedback.”<br><br>This is exactly the kind of canned reply I anticipated — and it’s completely useless. There’s no ownership of the mistake, no apology for the wrongful tow, and no real attempt to resolve the issue. Just a PR line to make it look like they care.<br><br>And I’m far from the only one. Dozens of reviews online say the same thing: cars with permits or valid tags being towed, outrageous release fees, and staff who don’t care. The Better Business Bureau rates them an “F” and has even flagged them for a pattern of complaints.

They say that they are open 24 hours but they won’t open the store just to add one more additional day money to the fine and just for parking in our parking permit with tag inside car not on mirror they towed our car worst ever experience from towing and the office as well
