I’m very thankful for Pro Tech and their help when I had a flat tire. The team was professional, responsive, and honest — which really matters in stressful situations like this.<br><br>They weren’t able to change the tire for a spare, and I truly appreciated their honesty and the fact that they refunded that part without any issues. On top of that, they did an excellent job with the towing — quick, smooth, and handled with care.<br><br>Great service, honest people, and a company I would absolutely recommend. unbelievable: AAA assigned them to respond to my call for a jumpstart at home. They claimed TWICE to have come out and that I wasn’t there - but no one came either time. Obviously I was at home, went out as soon as I got the text both times and not one vehicle anywhere. Their records of having waited proved they lied bc the time they said they left was BEFORE the time I received the text saying they’d arrived. (3 hrs later and I’m still waiting for help.)<br>If they lie and mess customers around, why would anyone trust them? Many terrible reviews prove their poor service. I advised AAA to stop using them.

Had a fellow named Roberto attempt to tow my vehicle tonight. The little fellow seems to not enjoy his job at all and was very rude to me- and I have CCV video of our interaction. I wouldn’t ever recommend a tow service that would employ someone so inadequate and rude. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a tow operator and the first one that I didn’t tip in my life. lol do NOT use these chaps unless you enjoy open hostility and watching someone flounder with equipment like he was never taught a thing about towing, or more so customer service. Basically the clown had a melt down over me peering off the sidewalk to see where he attached my vehicle. If you own or manage this company check the video that “Roberto” was so proud to point out to me. 11/29 at 11:20PM like I said: I have video of this epic interaction. :)
