After being stood up by another service, a very helpful guy answered my call right away, on Black Friday none the less. I appreciate that he was understanding that I was also having to find a ride back to Birmingham. He was patient enough to help figure out the best way to do that & get my vehicle towed without disrupting the entire day.

It took the tow truck over two hours to after I was told it was dispatched to make a 30 minute trip. Only after giving them ample time and allowing for traffic did I call back to be told the had taken another call, one that was made after they told me the truck was on the way. Come to find out they have a contract with the state. which I understand. But if they are going to take another call and put it before mine I would think they would have the common decency to at least give me a call and let me decide if I wanted to wait three times what I was expecting. Their price was also a good $75.00 above the going rate.<br>I was uneducated on towing services, but now know better. I would not recommend Hank's unless you have plenty of time and don't really care how much you spend. A disaster from start to finish. Horrible business practices to leave a customer waiting all that time without at least a courtesy call.

My car broke down on a very dangerous part of the highway in 100 degree temperatures on Monday. I was an hour from home and completely stranded. They showed up VERY quickly, made sure I was safe, and got me quickly to my mechanic. They even offered to stop at a store and let me get a drink because the weather was so hot. Friendly, fast, and dependable. THANK YOU!!
