Unbelievably honest, they got a customer for life. The passenger door on the driver side wasn't locking properly and started throwing 'Door Open' message on the dashboard while driving. I dropped my vehicle at Flower Mound Vehicle Repair this morning and they called me within an hour saying it's fixed. When I went to get my vehicle he didn't charge me anything saying he just tightened couple of screws/nuts. Wow...mind blowing, I can't believe. Honesty at its peak

Needed an A/C recharge for my 04 Buick Century. Never had it recharged before, but eventually they need it. It only has 62k miles and I keep it pristine. You could literally eat a heated muffin off the valve cover; it is that clean. Carl, the owner, was honest and didn't jack me around about putting A/C Dye in the system to make a mess, check for a leak, diagnostic service and the other garbage 5 other shops pretty much insisted on forcing on me, to get it recharged. It is a 20yo car. It is normal to need a recharge periodically. Carl took good care of my old car, Recharged it, put a little A/C oil in the system, kept everything clean, talked to me about what was needed and now it is like new. It is, freezing me out of it, if I don't keep the fan on low. AAA+ experience with an honest shop. Glad I found this Auto Service Shop.
