Absolutely thrilled with the level of service at this AutoZone location! Chris & Kiko are gems of human beings and they helped me with a new battery when the location in South Jordan near Redwood didn't install the right one for my 4runner (and gaslit me about it). They swapped everything out and made sure the warranty is applied to the correct battery even though it wasn't their location that screwed up. I will absolutely come to them in the future and recommend them to others!

Horrible service. As a man who knows his cars, pray you don’t get Sean . Horrible service. My lady who I just met had a 2012 Kia optima and I had mo idea of it was lx or etc, so I was grabbing it as we spoke while he was giving me attitude rather than helping. I asked him where I can find the right coolant for it, but instead of helping me find out which one was the right one, he just said “look above the name where it says antifreeze “ as if I’m some idiot . This is fresh off my girls coolant leaking btw, not mindful at all. Horrible service.

During my recent visit, I experienced exceptional assistance when my headlight was out. The store manager went above and beyond to ensure I received the help I needed. Although I regret forgetting his name, I want to acknowledge his respectful attitude and dedication to creating a positive experience.
