I parked in my buddies empty apartment lot for maybe an hour, no signage saying car would be towed, I come outside to my car gone. No idea where it went, finally called around to find it was at Ervin’s. I walk there and get charged somewhere around 221 dollars. I gave them 225 and they told me they couldn’t give me my change back, because they simply didn’t have it. For that reason alone I give them 1 star.

I went to Ervin‘s today, the garage on Kingwood Street, to have my transmission fluid changed. Everyone was extremely friendly and polite. While working on the car, the mechanic had also checked the cars oil level and saw that it was down extremely low and actually ended up adding 3 quarts of oil. My oil light had only flickered occasionally and I had plans to get the oil changed, but his checking the oil level saved me from quite possibly losing an engine. He also shared some other information with me about issues with the brand of vehicle that I have And things to watch out for. A dealership garage never would have been so considerate or thoughtful. This is the second time that I have dealt with Ervin’s and have been extremely pleased each time! The last time, I had slid on an icy road into a curb And bent my control arm and had my car towed there, and they had it fixed in one day, which was the next day! These people are great!

This company completely destroyed my Audi. Avoid them at all costs, especially if you drive an AWD vehicle. My car was running perfectly fine before they towed it, and when I went to go pick it up, it wouldn’t even start. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to convince me that it was just low on oil (which would never cause a car not to start). They even pressured me into buying oil from them, which did absolutely nothing.<br><br>To make matters worse, they abandoned me on their lot and refused to help any further. I had to call a different towing company just to get my car off their property. This was not only unprofessional but also downright negligent. If you value your car, your time, and your money, stay far away from this company.
