I don’t write reviews often - but this service stands so much, and it feels important to share.<br>I’ve been bringing our cars to Casey Automotive for over five years, ever since we moved nearby, and I can honestly say that in more than 20 years of car ownership, I’ve never experienced care like this. Every single visit, I’ve been treated with respect, patience, and genuine kindness. Even though I’m not usually the “car person” in our household, I’m often the one dropping cars off or picking them up, and I’ve always felt comfortable and taken seriously.<br>That care really showed during COVID, when Casey Automotive helped with my uncle’s car. They took the time to explain what was going on, what mattered, and whether repairs were truly worth it - no pressure, just honesty and kindheartedness when it was needed most.<br>What prompted me to write this today was a moment that could have easily been brushed off but wasn’t.<br>Last night, I called worries that my car might be on the verge of breaking down. With kids and multiple pickups to juggle, the idea of being stranded was not on my 2026 bingo card. Sean asked me what was going on and told me to come by in the morning and promised he’d personally make sure the car was looked at right away. He even offered a loaner if it turned into something bigger so I could still get my kids where they needed to be.<br>True to his word, when I arrived, they checked my car immediately. Sean walked me through everything they inspected and made sure I felt confident and safe being back on the road. They found and removed a rodent’s nest under the hood, topped off the oil (even though I still had plenty of miles left but it’s a known problem with our car), and gave the car a full once-over. Within about an hour, I was back on the road – reassured and grateful.<br>When people ask where to take their car, this is the place I recommend without hesitation. This is a shop that looks out for its neighbors, that understands a parent’s worry, and that treats safety and trust as non-negotiables. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about you and your family, not just your vehicle, this is it.<br><br>10/10 recommend

Not enough praise can be given to these guys. Joe was courteous and thorough in explaining all the issues my vehicle had. The work was performed in a timely manner without any surprises. I always recommend Casey’s to everyone I know.

I brought in a car in for a pre-purchase inspection. They did an incredibly thorough job, texted me with the results and also included pictures of areas that needed attention. When I picked up the car they took the time to discuss their findings with me and answer any questions I had. They were very thorough, pointed out areas that needed immediate attention and those that would require service in the future. They made me feel very comfortable and did not rush me through the process and we’re willing to take the amount of time I needed to have all my iQuestions answered. I was very impressed and highly recommend them for your automotive needs
