I asked if they would replace, balance and install my own tires and reasonable quote was provided over the Facebook. At arrival I asked randomly and was provided the same exact price. Honesty and quick services are always appreciated. They sell new and used tires as well.

It looks like they have pulled the same scheme on other people as well! They quote you one price and charge you a much higher one why is that okay? I was quoted 95$ to hook up and 4$ a mile my home was 12 miles away! I had to wait over 3 hours and every time I called all I heard was half a hour.so then I made sure I had enough money in my account to pay for up to $200. WELL my bill was $360 also! Had I known that I would have called one of the many places closer to me much much cheaper! So they made my bank account overdrawn as well. And ..don't get me started about the driver I had! Very inappropriate! Will never use again ! And will tell anyone I know never to use them! Why can they get away with a a quote they give you is completely different from what they take out of your bank account after they get your card number they insist on that which isn't right either very bad service I don't know how much longer they think they can get away with this but I'm not done with them!

Keep looking or you'll get screwed. We called to get info on towing pickup from Lake Villa to Round Lake so we were quoted 95 and 5 per mile. What we were never told was the other charge which pays the driver to go back to where he came from. This fee brought the bill from 140 to just under 400! We refused to pay the higher amount. We spoke to Jessica and she was very firm and then threatened to impound the truck so we decided to block the tow truck and call the police. In the end it's civil matter and the police wouldn't make us move. They did drop the hidden extra fee but please ask all charges up front. The driver was nice and professional, the office on the other hand was not. Gustavo Gonzalez (Gus) is the owner who won't quote the right prices. Look elsewhere unless you want to deal with a headache at drop off time. Stay away. Crooks.
