Nicholas, I know I wasn’t the easiest customer tonight but I just want to say you were absolutely accommodating and patient even though I kept you a little late….. I’m so appreciative you went to the extra mile tonight and gave up your time to make sure I could drive again! Thank you!

They replaced the screen on my phone and only had to wait an hour. Everyone else I called to fix it wanted me to leave it with them overnight or longer. They did a great job and now I can retrieve my pictures of my Mom that is no longer with me. Thank you guys so much.

I paid $286 for them to fix my phone, but the very next day the screen broke on its own without me dropping it or causing any damage. When I went back to them, they told me there's nothing they can do about it. I feel like I made a big mistake trusting them with my phone repair.
