Lupe assisted me in finding the correct headlight, and Jaden volunteered to check all of the lights on the vehicle to make sure everything was functioning properly. During that process, they detected that a brake light was also out, and Jaden replaced it. This level of initiative and attention to detail went well beyond what I expected.<br><br>​It was obvious to me that both Lupe and Jaden are very knowledgeable in all aspects of automotive service. They were detailed and thorough in the way they approached their work, ensuring that nothing was overlooked and that everything was done correctly. Their professionalism and pride in their work were clearly evident throughout the entire experience.<br><br>​Their communication was also excellent. They listened carefully, understood exactly what I was explaining, and responded clearly and directly. Everything was communicated in a straightforward, accurate, and effective manner.<br><br>​I want to thank AutoZone for having such outstanding people as Lupe, the store manager, and Jaden working at this location. I enter AutoZone. Smell is rubber, metal, and ambition. Illuminating devices are extremely bright for my eyes.<br>Many humans examine shiny engine organs hanging on walls. Very organized mechanical cave.<br>I approach counter. I request “vehicle enhancement components” for my totally normal Earth car.<br>Human scans box with red light wand. Advanced tribal technology. I approve.<br>They ask make and model. I provide acceptable human answer. No suspicion detected.<br>Boxes contain filters, belts, mysterious fluids. All delicious to my curiosity. Not for drinking. Learned this.<br>Friendly human explains installation steps using simple Earth words. I nod wisely.<br>Transaction complete. Plastic rectangle accepted. No barter needed. Efficient species.<br>I leave with parts to improve transportation pod performance.<br>Five Earth stars. AutoZone supports peaceful alien mobility and excellent undercover operations.

In the picture attached to this review you would see Mario. Mario doesn't like his job and makes sure you - the customer know about from how he'll treat you.<br>When I got into the store today instead of a greetings I got.. and I quote: "there is a limit of oil draining capacity of 2 gallons. I could take one of them but that will be all".<br>Mario is referring to the two jugs of oil that I brought with me to drain. We had a short conversation about the fact this is my local store I come here often to drain oil I was never told there is an oil drainage limit and I was explaining that in any case the two combine does not have 2 gallons.<br>For some reason he kept insisting that he can help me drain the bigger one of the two and that will be it.<br>When I kept asking why if there is a 2 gallon limit and I'm under the limit I cannot join them both? What I got as an answer was that Mario denies my drainage and chooses to bully the store customer.<br><br>What happens next is nothing less than AMAZING! I drive to the next store which is 4 minutes away I get in with the same two jugs, no one asks me anything they take the two and they drain them and give them back empty. I then go on and asking them about a limit per customer and they're confirming there is a limit but the limit is 5 gal and that limit will be Nationwide for all the stores.<br>I guess all the stores that Mario doesn't work at.
