I come all the time when I miss my scheduled pickup or have too much at my house and can’t wait. Never had issues at this place, guys have always been gentlemen. Be ready to show your drivers license and registration, follow the rules, and you won’t have any issues

Fix the attitude problem. How is it Yonkers residents pay an exorbitant amount of taxes including property taxes at that for us not to bring in trash because of a lack of vehicle. I have a small car and borrowed my uncles pick up truck to bring in the garbage. We are both Yonkers residents and I have to pay yearly property taxes that are ridiculous to be DENIED access just because of the simple fact that the car isn't registered under my address. I explained that my small car couldn't support the garbage I have so I needed a bigger vehicle. The supervisor was there and my uncle who was driving was inquiring about the situation who had an accent was being spoken down to by the super. He felt the need to act racist and degrading by making side comments about not understanding Spanish. Someone let that man know he lives in NY, a diverse state and much more diverse city. Ignorant and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to come here at all especially if your Hispanic. They'll attempt to make you feel stupid and disrespected. Disgusting as the trash they take. Good to know as a Yonkers TAX PAYER we have 0 benefits.

As a resident of Yonkers, I can't enjoy any treatment. The vehicles are all registered in Yonkers, and all the cars are registered in private names. One of them is a van, and the staff said it was for commercial use and refused to take out the garbage. Even the sedan was rejected. Even if I complained to DEP, it didn't have any effect. There are many staff members, but I didn't see them doing anything. They just sat there doing nothing. They earn taxpayers' money, but do nothing.
