(Yesterday), 1/30/26 I called Morgan’s Towing Company to have them tow my car due to a flat tire. Receptionist was nice she said they can be there in 1 hour I said that’s fine thank you I appreciate it. Took a little more than an hour but they still showed up. They asked me what car it was, I said this one right here with the flat tire as I was standing next to it. Drove around for the 2nd time as if they didn’t hear or see me. I told the guy assisting the driver to have him stop and lower the Wheel Lift (4 times). Didn’t listen. Proceeded to move forward and cracked the plastic underneath my car. The driver got out I said you just broke the plastic underneath the hood of my car. Blamed it on my flat tire. I asked what his name was he turned around and yelled IT’S TOM. He called his boss and had me speak with him. I explain to his boss what had happened and his boss replied with “what do you want me to do about it” ? I said I want the company to pay for the damage they did to my car. Their boss said we can give you a free tow that’s about it. His boss couldn’t even apologize for what they did. The other guy wouldn’t even give me his name. VERY unprofessional. I called Morgan’s Towing Company back to report the guys who damaged my car. (She The Receptionist), Said that’s why they gave you a free tow. ( The guy in the 3rd picture wouldn’t even give me his name). Terrible customer service all around. It’s the principle of the whole situation. (A simple I’m sorry about the damage), Would have been nice.

Morgan’s Towing was exceptional. They had towed my car quickly and promptly! Furthermore, they exceeded my expectations in the service they performed on my vehicle and the timeframe that it took! I had my car back within 24 hours from the time it was towed and the problem was fixed. Five star exceptional customer service. I will be a returning customer.

I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for the fabulous service that I received at Morgan's Auto. While waiting for over an hour for my insurance company's towing service, I was advised to contact Morgan's. I received an immediate tow, and decided that I would also try their Automotive Repairs service. The owners, once diagnosing my mechanical failure, clearly and succinctly described the exact repairs, parts needed, and cost for my cars repair. They went above and beyond good customer service by hunting down a Lexus part that the dealer good not obtain. Morgan's Auto described every repair needed and described to me the process of how they took extra care to examine the entire vehicle for any additional problems, and also took the time to stay in contact with me throughout the process. I left the shop not only very satisfied with the repairs on my RX350, but was also extremely pleased with the fact that I was able to establish a friendship with another local business owner. Very good people who work with integrity and honesty!. I give my highest rating! !
