Bought a new car battery 2 days ago and had them install it there. Today my car won't start. Will update this review upon Interstate making this right.<br><br>Update: The manager, Dina tested the battery in-store and showed that it was still working. She provided a new battery regardless which I appreciated. Went home and had my brother install the new battery and everything is working fine.<br><br>I took my car to the mechanic to ensure that everything was alright, and he believes the previous battery installation was not securely in place. I had paid $40 to have it installed at the store the first time around and once I saw that my brother was able to do it in 5 minutes, I realized I should have done it on my own to begin with.

The battery is bad, the kids and manage both saying it isn't bad then asking for proof of purchase phone number of purchaser<br>Acting like they aren't responsible for fulfillment of a warranty for a nationwide company of batteries<br><br>3 times they are talking about a surface charge.<br>0 percent battery charge and they are still saying it needs to be fully charged before they can verify it's bad<br><br>3 different battery testers saying it's bad<br><br>You don't want to honor a warranty, speaking with this energy like, as if it comes out of your stores revenue or something..<br><br>Very unprofessional unlike any service center I've encountered after many years working with interstate<br><br>This company is known for honoring warranties<br><br>This location only wants to sell you new batteries and leave you stranded with a bad battery on a Saturday 2 days away from any other locations being open
