The pickup was fast (1hr) since the call. All I had to do was share my location via text. When assigned, the driver (Joe) called me to let me know how many minutes away from my location, and it was accurate.<br><br>Took care of the vehicle before/after to avoid any damage.<br>The price was reasonable, and they offer different payment methods.<br><br>I had a great experience.<br>No complaints.<br>Exactly what was expected from a professional.<br>Thanks you.

My car got stuck in a low level garage due to flash flooding, and the electric handbreak was fried and could not be disengaged. The clearance of the garage is 6'4"!!! There are some gas pipes as low as 6'4" and it's dangerous to get in, so no truck will get all the way in the garage.<br><br>I contacted a few towing companies, and they all refused to come. This was the only service that came. We put the car on skates and pushed it manually all the way to the entrance of the garage, and we managed to get it out safely.<br><br>The driver was very courteous and he managed to do what others wouldn't try. Awesome service. Highly recommended.
