The WORST car towing place ever. They charge you more money than they should. They excuse themselves by saying that they are the state taxes but the taxes that they have outside on the sign are completely different. The owner is the rudest person in the world, she doesn't even have a computerized invoice so they write the invoice by hand with the amounts that they want and they refuse to explain the charges. The worst experience of my life. I hope you never have to use this company.

My tag was expired just 2 days after my bday the tow it the so hungry money! Careless customer service trash the lady that pick up the phone so trash just like her office I pray I never ever come in contact with these people again

The nature of this place of course is part of an unpleasant experience every time your car gets towed away. My low rating is because there is no need for the staff to be rude and non collaborative.<br><br>The girl at the counter was rude, not informing well about the process, every step needed to be a negotiation (for example they don't take card, only cash... Unless you negotiate enough).<br><br>I don't expect the staff to be nice and attentive but a business is a business and should have clear rules.<br><br>Aside from that the installation was awful and dirty, the security glass didn't facilitate communication.
