Gave 2 stars because of the driver and the receptionist were both friendly. Since I drove from the yard the front end makes noises as if the struts or shocks got damaged or loose. My car was perfect till the tow. Unacceptable!

This place is an absolute dump of human decency. The man working the front desk behaved like he enjoyed being cruel. We were forced to stand outside in the rain while he took his time, acting irritated that we were even there. No shelter, no urgency, no basic respect — just arrogance. When he finally allowed us access, he decided to flex his authority by saying only one person could go back to the car. I asked to accompany my 82-year-old father, who is unsteady on his feet, while it was wet, cold, and raining, because he could easily slip and get seriously hurt. The response? Absolutely no compassion whatsoever. No empathy. No human instinct. Just a flat refusal and a nasty attitude. This wasn’t about safety — this was about control, ego, and complete indifference to elderly people. Watching an old man struggle alone in unsafe conditions while an employee stands there unmoved is genuinely disturbing. This company treats people at their most vulnerable moments like garbage. If you enjoy being demeaned, ignored, and put at physical risk, then sure — come here. Otherwise, run. There are countless towing yards in this area. Choosing this one is a mistake you will regret. Heartless. Inhumane. Disgusting. Never, ever use this towing company. Sincerely, A customer who expected basic human decency and was somehow asking too much.

Destroyed my car while it was in impound. Dont really car about the damage cause im parting it out. But my uncle owns a transporting business in huntington for multi million dollar cars and he would never treat my car like how these guys did. Unprofessional experience and this is coming from someone who really doesn't care about my bmw that they had in their care. I have the money and resources, just wanted to make a point for the next person.
