*Update*<br>In my law enforcement experience working directly with tow companies in Florida, they are in fact charging incorrectly. This place is nothing but a scam. They deal very shady with everything they do. They DO NOT take any card payments. They demanded cash or cash app when we got ther after we tried to pay with card. They had the car for only a few hours and charged almost $500. They scheduled to travel through the neighborhoods looking for random cars to tow and grabbed ours. Even though they were already there and planned to drive those neighborhoods we were charged for their mileage to drive up there. I know this because her calendar on the wall showed they planned to drive through the neighborhoods. This place and the unintelligent woman up front is a joke. Avoid at all costs. They know they are bad otherwise they wouldn't have a dumb response to every review posted....<br><br>This company is horrible. Their facility is basically a junk yard with a house out front. They charge outside of the rates allowed by the ordinance and refuse to abide by Florida law. The front desk lady has not a clue about what her job actually is. They're going to take every dime from you and won't even think twice.

Great service ,fast , professional,and very fair price.I broke down on the 191 on ramp to 95 from Wickham Rd. I called my roadside assistance and they informed me that I had already used them in a 24 hour period so it would be $259 out of pocket. I then decided to call around and most of the companies were going to be over an hour before they could reach me and it would be around $200 for an 18 mile tow. I then called Kendall and spoke with Gigi Lawson who was very easy to talk to funny kind and worked out a great price and was to me in 20 min.When arriving the truck was newer,clean and the driver was so fast I didn't realize we were ready to go. Overall great experience for being broke down and I won't call a different Tow company again

THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS<br>When you get here, they are going to tell you the only form of payment that they take is cash in cash app which is in against the municipal order of Brevard County. You have to have a different type of digital payment like Zelle so it’s traceable there one in cash and one in cash app so it’s not traceable so they cannot pay taxes on it Also, when your car comes in here, they’re going to put a lien fee on it. They’re gonna put an administration fee on it on top of your towing fee and storage fee so just know If you don’t get your car within like the first week you’ll be looking at 500+
