This store is ridiculous. They have the worst custmer service in the industry.<br>Meredith is the so called store manager.<br>Very neglectfull to this store & it's customers. Rude & mean . Poor customer service . Ignores you as you wait to be served.<br>Phones ring off the hook. While you are ignored as you try to shop the store. Just try and ask for asssistance .She is too busy chatting on her cell phone outside yhe back door of building & smoking cigarettes. Messy unorganized & understocked store .<br>I will never ever go there again.

I was amazed how the management changed in this store since I moved from that area. In the 2 last visits I encountered one employee called MANNY?? and I am amazed that MANNY is a "Assist Manager", how amazed is for someone getting this position and how some business is getting so bad providing terrible customer service, very sad. I had a replacement warranty part that "MANNY" the "Assist Manager" tried to scammed and make me pay again that was confirmed in a previous call that I could replace it under warranty, worse part was he kept arguing denying purchase on that store!!!????. Literally I had to point out my part listed on his computer ????!!!SERIOUSLY!!! Do we have to do this in order to get our rights to replace a part under warranty???!!!What is wrong with this MANNY guy??!! Please!!?? CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWARE OF BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PLEASE REPORT auto parts that use this type of intimidation or bad service to NOT replace a warranty parts. This is the last time I will walk in that store again, what happen with friendly customer service in that store????!! Very sad very sad
