I've been getting services from them dor about 3 or 4 years now, very friendly, professional and honest. All a warm welcome and alway respectful. Never a need to complain or find a fault. I'm not sure what is happening this time around. My car has been there for over 3 days now, I haven't gotten a call on updates or anything. I called the 2nd day to get an update and was told that they are working on it. Now they are closed for the weekend and no one called to at least update me. I've been begging rides and using ubers to get around. I pray that the explanations they have for me on Monday is sincere and truthful. Ok so it's Monday morning, I called and I must apologize because I didn't update my phone number and they have been calling the old number. Rich's Auto, my sincere apologies. I updated my number and everything is set. Thank you guys for the great work you all do. God continues to bless the business and your families.

Lyle and his team were fantastic. I started having issues while towing a camper over 1,000 miles away from home. I had estimates done at two locally owned shops and ended up going with Rich’s. Not only was their price better (and for a superior product), but they also made me feel at ease. They communicated with me through the entire process, took into account that I was on a tight time schedule, made sure everything else on my truck was safe to travel long distances with kids..and they didn’t make me feel stupid or taken advantage of. It’s not uncommon as a female traveling alone to be talked down to in situations such as this, but not at Rich’s. Lyle and his crew gave the vibe of “my dad and his buddies are mechanics and will make sure everything is safe and taken care of”. Since picking up my truck, I have called the shop twice with questions and never once have I felt like an annoyance. Support this locally owned family business. They’re solid people.

I have had 2 negative experiences with this shop. The first was minor and overlooked. Vehicle was running rough and had a exhaust leak. The leak had burnt some wires, which they repaired and the leak itself. Went to pick it up and it wouldn't start. They told me I needed a new battery even though the one in there was 6 months old. Took them another several days to get and install the battery. Took the vehicle and within a 100 miles the exhaust was leaking again. Dismissed it as bad luck on me.<br>Second time, same vehicle, I took it in for a charging issue, and wipers not working properly. Took them several days to replace the alternator and I thought the price was a little high but better to let professionals do it. Went to pick it up and when asked they never looked at the wipers and the belt was screeching while still sitting in the parking lot. Left it with them to investigate and they wanted to charge me again to go back to same place they "fixed". I pulled it apart myself and a belt pulley fell off and 2 other pulleys were bad also. A professional would of checked belts and pulley bearings. I will never recommend or use this shop again
