Throughout my years of coming into this store I’ve always been greeted with respect and excellent customer service. Mrs. Debbie has always been a great help and has a great attitude. However, she was not in the store on yesterday between 4:30-5pm. There was an employee who looked to be Latino, heavy set, with a pony tail who treated my father and I with much disrespect. We simply asked for help with a wiper blade and not only did she not help, she never stopped to acknowledge us in any way. I was told that she works in the back by another store clerk who very nice to us. I know that she represent everyone else but her actions can most definitely deter customers from entering your store. I’ve been apart of this community for 20 plus years and have never been treated this way by any worker other than her. Unfortunately, I went to a different store because of this encounter.
