When calling for info, Never Get Full Answer, Ends With ; " Just Go to the Web Site!"..You ask For Orlando Car Auction And A bunch Pop Up ! Then Don't tell You The Night Auction is only For Dealers, or You need to be With Someone W/ a Dealers Lic. Or You can't Even Get on The Lot !! ..Good Luck, Some Cars are Given By Salvation Army on Commission!!

What a Nightmare! Buyer Beware! The car had a good condition report, yet needed over $3500 and many months delay to be drivable, despite good condition report. In April 2024, I bought a 2015 Ford Cmax at the GSA Auction on the simulcast. The Condition Report was a 3.8 out of 5 and noted some minor cosmetic issues but otherwise good. On the way home, the brake light came on. Soon after, the front brakes would lock up until.the car was turned off and on. It turned out the car needed a new hydraulic brake control unit, a proprietary part available only through the Ford Dealer parts network after many months parts delay and had to be "programmed." The drive home was very rough. It turned out that 2 tires had internal tread separation. Front brake pads and rotors had to be replaced. The 12V battery had to be replaced. Buyer Beware! The reason I am upset is these problems weren't noted in the condition report or reflected in the car's grade. I did my homework before the Auction, yet I still got burned!
