My experience with them has always been through AAA and I have to say that every time I have dealt with them it has been just an overall great experience. They have always been quick to respond to my AAA service requests. The dispatcher has always asked all the right questions and the guys who have come out are always professional and courteous. This most recent occasion was due to the transmission in my daily driver going out and I had to have it towed from The Corner of 5 Mile and Beech Daly in Redford MI all the way down to Telegraph and Wick RD in Taylor MI. I just wish I could recall the driver's name so I could give him a shout out as well for his stellar service.

Title: Extremely unprofessional service and damage to my vehicle<br>I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any towing company. My car was stuck in the snow, and while I was already waiting for roadside assistance with a 120‑minute ETA, the police arrived and arranged for Westland Car Care to move my vehicle since it was blocking the road.<br>When the tow truck driver arrived, he asked for my keys. I assumed this was for towing purposes — instead, he got into my car and started driving it himself. I was not informed that he planned to drive my vehicle, and only later realized he did this because his tow truck also got stuck in the snow.<br>He then drove my car at high speed uphill, got stuck again, and backed up quickly — hitting his own tow truck and damaging the rear end of my car. The police officer on scene witnessed this and filed a report. The driver admitted responsibility at the time and told me that the company would handle the damage.<br>However, when I tried contacting the company afterward, I was repeatedly told they would “call the next day.” No one contacted me for four days. When I called back, the person who answered was extremely rude and told me that they were “not responsible” and that I should handle it myself. The manager then repeated the same message despite the incident being witnessed and documented.<br>I have never dealt with a company this unprofessional, unresponsive, or unwilling to take responsibility for damage caused by their own employee. I would strongly advise others to use caution before trusting them with your vehicle.

On 1/17/25 at approximately 9:59 PM, I was traveling west on Ford Rd near the Walmart when one of your flatbed drivers began tailgating me dangerously. Even though I was maintaining the 45 mph speed limit, they were so close that any sudden braking would have caused a major accident. This level of negligence is incredibly unprofessional. It makes me wonder how much your insurance premiums would rise due to this kind of reckless driving.
