Charged my 16 year-old son a fee of $25 to have him go on the lot with his father to see a vehicle, they told him he can waive the fee by filling out an application but after filling out paperwork they charged the account with a fee. They said we will charge you $10 for two vests and you’re ready to go, but that wasn’t the case.<br><br>Overall, Copart fees are crazy. They try to make money off of everything. Their customer service is bad.<br>On a 3,600 bid they charged $1500 in fees. Also, if they feel that the car has been bid too low, they don’t let it go, but put it back on auction.
