You can definitely tell that, is not family owned anymore. Posted hours and the hours that are enlisted on the reported message are open till 6pm get there 5:50 everything locked up call and the lady that answered said I think they close at 4 or 43 I don't know for sure i then ask what total bill is and if im getting charged another day storage and again she tells me she don't know the total bill I have to call during business hrs which she also doesn't know seems the only thing she did know is the posted and recorded message hrs are not correct I think the new owner should pay more attention to posted hrs and who they employ instead of how many locations they now own

    ZERO STARS REALLY!!!
They towed my car for “expired tabs,” even though my valid 2026 tabs were clearly on the back plate.

When I called, the woman told me, “You have to have tabs on the front and back,” and said to bring my ID, registration, and money for the tabs. She mentioned she’d talk to the manager since I had back tabs but not front ones.

I showed up in less than 30 minutes. They let me into the lot to grab my registration from the car, and when I got back, she said she spoke with the manager and he agreed to take 50% off the tab charge (around $320 → $160) because I had the back tabs.

When she checked my registration, I realized I’d brought the wrong one — my 2025 instead of 2026 — so I went back to grab the correct red 2026 tabs. While double-checking the color on my back plate, I noticed my tab looked keyed, scratched off, literally scraped. It had been perfectly fine before.

I told her what I saw, and she said, “It was probably scratched off before we towed it.” Then she showed me the photos they took — and this is where it gets ridiculous. The front plate photo (the one with no tabs) was crystal-clear, perfect lighting, full view. But the rear photo, where my valid tab was, was blurry, half cut off, and you couldn’t even see the plate number, month, or year — just a corner of red.

She admitted the driver probably took the picture wrong but then claimed, “The red might’ve stretched over from the scratch.” Seriously? So the color magically stretched across but only within the tab area, nowhere else on the car?

When I questioned why they didn’t take a proper rear photo if they could take a perfect front one, she brushed it off, said the tow was “legal,” and even told me to check with my property management for camera footage — as if I needed to prove my tabs existed, not them. She then said because the tab was “scratched off now,” I’d have to pay full price.

After I pushed back again, she called the manager a second time, and he again agreed to the 50% off. I still had to re-buy my 2026 tabs because of this mess.

The whole situation was shady from start to finish — the bad photo, the scratched tab, the excuses, the back-and-forth. If they’d just taken a clear rear photo like they did for the front, this would’ve never even been a question.

Bottom line: if you value honesty, accountability, or common sense, stay far away from this company.
