Shout out to driver Lyle and dispatcher Steve for getting us out of a very cold jam when our vehicle went haywire and we needed a tow from Bloomington to Austin this very cold night. These folks towed my car to the repair shop today and did a great job. My car is AWD, modified and also has a fiberglass front splitter. They made sure my car arrived safely with zero damage. They were covered by my USAA roadside assistance. They also called to set expectations for the tint they’d be here. They arrived on time and were professional. I’d definitely recommend their services, especially if you have a modified car.
